Happy New Year!

Another year has passed and a new one of hope awaits, so long as the Lord tarries.
No resolutions for me, yet I am always working on myself. Truly I want to be what the Lord desires of me!

Hoping the year will bring many blessings your way, and that each day you will rejoice in our Lord! God Bless You.

Holiday Fun

The past week was a busy one. Making tamales, baking cookies, cooking good food, fellowshipping, attending church etc. Let's not forget.......eating all of the good food and goodies for Christmas Dinner ! Whew!
What a blessing to have and fellowship with the family of God!

Hope your Christmas was just as enjoyable and blessed!

We even got to talk with Bro. Nick who is in Iraq on Christmas day. We daily pray for our brethren and military.

Rejoicing!

God is Good! Today's services were reminders that in everything we are to rejoice! The morning service spoke of Praising God. God blesses us daily and we can take it for granted. I daily thank God for each day, but there is so much more to thank Him for. Each breath is a gift from God, and we should use a good portion of those breaths we are given to Praise God.

Tonights service was about rejoicing not in what we can do through the power which God has given us, but in that our names our written in heaven. I am truly thankful for salvation and all that God has done in my life!

After service we celebrated my daughters 16th birthday (which is Wed). I know she appreciated all that was done to celebrate her bday.
