Our Men

Last Saturday my son left for Encampment and Emergency Services Training with CAP. I am so proud of him! He is now a Staff Sergeant, although this week he is a basic airman until he graduates on Friday. Since enrolling in CAP he has done so much better in school. His desire is to join the Army when he graduates from High School and CAP is giving him a taste of the military life.

Monday my dear hubby left for Iraq. I am so thankful that he can call us. I don't know how the Wives did it during the WW's, not being able to hear from their husbands! I miss him already!
